Delivery in South Africa
- We offer FREE shipping to all major cities and towns in South Africa when you spend R900 or more with us.
- If you live in a remote area then Shipping will be R200 regardless.
Courier Fees
- Delivery to anyone who lives in JHB or PTA - 1/2 Business Days (R105 Flat Rate with The Courier Guy)
- Delivery to anyone living in a major city or town - 2/3 Business Days (R115 Flat Rate with The Courier Guy)
- Delivery to anyone living in remote area is 2/5 Business Days ( (R200 Flat Rate with The Courier Guy))
- We aim to process all orders as soon as payment has been received within 1-2 business days. All orders are dispatched out of JHB.
- We will let you know via email as soon as your package has been handed over to the courier company - The Courier Guy. We will provide you with a tracking number and URL so that you can keep an eye on your package at all times. Please do get in touch directly with the courier if you have any queries.
- You will be required to sign for delivery. Thus we suggest providing a daytime address including your suburb where someone will be able to sign during Mon -Fri between 9am and 5pm. We do not delivery over the weekend.
- We pride ourselves in making our customers happy - so please let us know if your package does not arrive in due time. Alternatively please contact the courier directly with your unique shipping / tracking number.
- Please note: We need a physical address (including your suburb) to deliver to and not a PO.BOX. Also please ensure someone is home to sign or receive the package if you are unable to.

As this is our busiest day in the calendar year in terms of orders. We will process your order within 1 - 3 weeks. Please email us if you need it sooner.
